Jenny Prendergast
Principal

Jenny Prendergast started working in McInerney Solicitors in 1993. She attended University of Galway where she studied English and Law, and then attended the University of London, where she obtained a Masters in Law, before qualifying as a solicitor in Ireland.

Jenny is an experienced practitioner in relation to all issues arising from relationship or marriage breakdown, such as maintenance, access, separation agreements, divorce, financial orders, and protective court orders relating to domestic violence. She attends Circuit and High Courts.

Jenny is also an experienced practitioner in conveyancing and property law, and probate and estate management issues.

Anne Fahy
Associate Solicitor

Anne is a qualified solicitor since 2014 and has worked with McInerney Solicitors since 2021.

She regularly attends the District Courts in both Family and Criminal matters and also deals with Employment Law, Consumer Law and Landlord and Tenant matters, as well as Personal Injury and Civil Litigation
