Legal Aid

We at McInerney Solicitors undertake Legal Aid cases.

In order to qualify for legal aid you must meet certain criteria. Generally speaking if you cannot afford to pay for your Defence then you may be granted Legal Aid by the courts. Once Legal Aid has been provided we will be in a position to assemble an appropriate legal team to represent you. This may include a Barrister depending on the seriousness of the case.

If you have any questions about Legal Aid or your entitlement to it, please do not hesitate to get in touch and arrange a consultation regarding your circumstances and the possibilities open to you. We can be contacted through e-mail at info@mcinerneysols.com or alternatively you can ring us on 091 566521 or 566529.

Garda Station Visits

We will be happy to attend the Garda Station to give you legal advice should you be detained in respect of any matter. This service is available out of hours and on weekends. We recognise the vital importance of consulting with a solicitor and obtaining legal advice once assisting the Gardai with enquiries. With this in mind you can contact Colin Lynch of McInerney Solicitors on the following mobile telephone number 085 1 73 73 97.

Home Visits

Where your circumstances are such that you find it difficult to attend our offices, we are happy to arrange for home visits to take place.
