What to do if you are charged with an offence?
You should keep safe all paperwork given to you by the Gardai. You should immediately bring any Charge Sheets or summonses to our office. You should keep a record of what has happened being careful to record times and dates.
We will arrange for a consultation to plan the best strategy for your defence.
